COURSES – ONLINE AND/OR IN-HOUSE
Reiki Courses
Reiki – all levels I, II, III and Reiki Master courses of Usui Reiki with Certification at the end of the course which will hold Worldwide. Cost of courses vary depending on which one you do.

Reiki I - One day course. Three hours theory with full manual supplied with notes. Full explanations of notes and discussion/questions. One hour lunch break for face to face. Afternoon is a traditional Usui attunement for Reiki I, further information on tradition of the teaching and practical sessions. There will be homework if you are to continue to do Reiki II. Homework consists of a series of set traditional Reiki practice. Upon completion of homework and further discussion you will be eligible to do Reiki II. A Certificate which will give you world wide recognition as having completed Reiki I will be given at the end of this course. You will also be given your tradition list of your Reiki Lineage. You will be eligible to join Reiki Australia as a having trained in Reiki I. We are also a Reiki Australia Certified Clinic.
For online courses there is a theory part taught online. All attunements however need to be completed face to face in our clinic as per Usui tradition.

Reiki II - One or two day course. Reiki II can be a one or two day course depending on the student and teacher. Reiki II is given at the teacher's discretion. Reiki one is open to all. Reiki II is given if you are ready to move forward. Three hours theory with full manual supplied with notes. Full explanations of notes and discussion/questions. One hour lunch break for face to face. Afternoon is a traditional Usui attunement for Reiki II, further information on tradition of the teaching and practical sessions. You will be given YOUR Reiki Symbols and attuned to the proper ones in the Traditional manner. There will be a certificate at completion of the course in Reiki II which will hold worldwide. However you will need to be able to draw the symbols properly before you leave the class to obtain the certificate. You will get lots of practice in class in how to do this so you don't have to worry. You will be able to successfully draw them before you leave. Reiki II enables you to work as a practitioner if you so desire. You may need to fulfil further obligations if you belong to Reiki Australia regarding working as a practitioner.

Reiki III - One or two day course depending on the student and teacher. Reiki III is at the teachers discretion. Once again the course is theory with a lunch break for face to face. Afternoon is an attunement and further traditional teaching.

Reiki Master - An in depth two day course where you will be taught how to teach Reiki, various other traditional healings and all you need to know to continue as a Reiki Master.

Meditation and mindfulness course - 1.5 hr per lesson (Total 12 hours)
Beginners to advanced courses in Meditation and Mindfulness. Theory and practice. Learn how to enhance your counselling, hypnotherapy and NLP sessions to get the most out of them. CPE Certificate at end of course. Cost of courses varies depending on level and type.
The course involves a series of 8 lessons in:

Explanation of the proper terms to understand your meditation and mindfulness, correct postures and breathing including practical exercises. ​

A thorough understanding of perspectives of self, explanation of different techniques, improvement in your concentration, tuition in meditation practices, awareness and insight into such practices as contemplation and Samadhi. There will also be practical exercises for this.

Explanation and correct use of mantras, uses of mala, the tradition of the 4 great mantras and their significance. Practical exercises.

Creative visualisation, understanding myself as a person. Practical exercises.

Exploring obstacles to meditation, importance of goals, steps towards your highest goals, deeper significance of personal mantras, practical exercises.

Mindfulness and its place in your life, mind control and emotional control, Universal concepts, practical exercises.

The silence, meditating on the silence - how to do it, closing your senses at will, becoming the witness, practical exercises.

Future instructions, entering the 'zone', practical summaries and final meditation.

The Art of Feng Shui - 6 hrs course
Feng Shui and energy clearing for your home or office to create the positive lifestyle you desire. Space Clearing to rid negative energies. Great if you are moving into a new home. Learn to balance your energies. Certificate on Completion.
This course covers:

The last part of the class will be used applying practical exercises to your office and/or home.
We can assist you with energy and space clearing for your home or office. Either face to face or online. We can come to your home and office to do the Feng Shui or online we can advise you what to do and assist you in carrying out the process.
Crystal & Colour Healing - 3 hrs
This course introduces you to the world of vibrational energy and teaches you how to use crystals and colour to raise your vibration, enhance your health and lifestyle. Certificate on completion.

Energy Healing & Body Scanning - 3 hrs
A beginners course in natural healing to expand your intuition, learn how to apply energy healing, scan body energies and create greater harmony and health. Certificate on completion.

Stress management - 3 hrs
Learn to manage your stress and equip yourself for a calmer life, more in harmony with your lifestyle and goals. Develop healthy boundaries and progress towards your dreams. Certificate on completion.
Nutrition & Naturopathy - 16 hrs
Training by our naturopath in Sydney to give you the underlying basics for nutrition and naturopathy. This will help you understand how to be healthy and assist others to do the same. Certificate on completion and valid for CPE points with some membership organisations.
